Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Full Time/ Part Time
Your Role
An occupational therapist (OT) will evaluate and treat children with developmental delays, autism, and other challenges—helping them build skills for self-care, learning, play, and relationships. Collaboration with families and other providers is central to this role.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and deliver individualized OT services in motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and cognition
Develop and implement treatment plans with family involvement
Document progress and update treatment goals
Collaborate with speech therapists, BCBAs, and behavior technicians
Provide family training to support skill development at home
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT certified, MI license required)
1+ years of clinical experience (pediatric & autism experience preferred)
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
